                               RESOLUTION NO. 20314
        
        
                   A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HIGHEST AND BEST
                   OFFER FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL OF PROPERTY ACQUIRED
                   BY HAMILTON COUNTY AND THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA
                   THROUGH PREVIOUS DELINQUENT TAX SALES AND
                   AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY FINANCE OFFICER
                   TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A DEED CONVEYING SAID
                   PARCEL TO THE INDIVIDUAL LISTED HEREIN BELOW.

              	   WHEREAS, the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners'
         Delinquent Tax Property Disposition Committee has reviewed the
         offers received for the parcel of property and it is the
         recommendation of said Special Committee that said parcel be
         sold for the highest and best offer to the individual making
         said offer; and,
              	   WHEREAS, the individual making the highest and best
         offer has paid to Hamilton County the full amount of said offer 

         and the list showing such parcel and name of purchaser is
         attached and incorporated herein by reference thereto as though 

         fully and completely copied verbatim herein;
              	   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
         THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the highest and best
         offer for a certain parcel of property acquired by Hamilton
         County and the City of Chattanooga through previous delinquent
         tax sales be accepted and that the Mayor and City Finance
         Officer are hereby authorized to enter into and execute a deed
         with the County conveying said parcel at the amount shown to 
the
         individual listed, same being attached and incorporated herein
         by reference thereto as fully and completely copied verbatim
         herein.
